Ven. Zhen Ti obtained her B.A. degree in Anthropology and Sociology from National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 1998. After graduated, she worked as a social welfare officer in Wan Ching Yuen Centre in Than Hsiang Temple, Penang. Beginning from the year of 2001, she has been actively involved in the teaching profession. She completed her Diploma in Education in 2007 and is a qualified permanent teacher. She was awarded the Excellent Teacher Award in 2008.

Khoo Ban Tong is working for the International Buddhist College since 2006 and has been involved in the build-up of the College. Currently he is in charge of the library, computer repair & support, the foundation work, Metta Clinic service and the transport services.
Ven. Satyajit Barua obtained a B.A. in Religious Studies and an M.A. in Buddhist Studies from the International Buddhist College. Since 2009 Ven. Satyajit Barua is working for the International Buddhist College. Currently Venerable is the Director of Student Affairs at the IBC Sadao Campus.
Ven. Rahula Nanda Shraman obtained his B.A. in Religious Studies and M.A. in Buddhist Studies from the International Buddhist College. Since 2012 Venerable Rahula has been working for the International Buddhist College. Currently Venerable Rahula is acting as the Faculty Office secretary at the IBC Sadao Main Campus.
