
IBC is a newly established College. Its facilities are provided in conformance with the Thai government requirements. Presently, IBC has an administrative building, an academic building, a multipurpose auditorium and a research library.
The two-storied Administrative Building houses the offices of the Rector, the Deans, Teachers, a meeting room, a large capacity shrine room and other offices on the top floor; students' dormitories, medical treatment room, a students' recreation room and a dining room on the ground floor.

The Academic Building houses 10 lecture rooms. Most of the lecture rooms are wired and equipped with facilities of information and communication technology, and designed for distance learning through world-wide-web in the future. There are also audio-visual rooms complete with LCD projector, Overhead projector, TV, and CD players.
The IBC Research Library presently holds more than 10,000 books, of which over 6000 are English books, the rest are in other languages such as Chinese, Thai, Pali and Sanskrit. Among the valuable collections are the three versions of Chinese Tripitaka, three editions of Pali Tipitaka (in Romanized, Devanagari and Thai scripts) and Tibetan Tripitaka. There are over 1000 e-books (PDF format) on Buddhism.
The library also serves as the nerve centre of the Department of Information and Multimedia. It houses a computer laboratory where access to internet is also provided. All computers and w
orking stations are connected within the domain of IBC network.
The multipurpose auditorium has a seating capacity of 600. It also serves as Conference Room for large conferences.
IBC is designed as a fully residential college, with congenial living quarters for bhikkhus, bhikkhunis, male and female lay students.
