To have one thousand donors participating in tree planting

Based on the spirit of “Trees planted by one generation gives unto another generation the cool shade to rest upon”, we endeavour to realize the essence of “Dharma Protection and Sangha Education”in order to perpetuate the propagation of the Dharma.

The Bodhi tree is a pervasive symbol in Buddhism and has special affinity with the Buddha’s life. Traditionally, devotees plant trees in monasteries or vihara as a meritorious deed, while venerating the tree as the representation of the perfect enlightenment of the Buddha, and share merits of their wholesome deeds with all sentient beings.

Therefore, we fervently hope that all Buddhist devotees will come forward to support our “Planting a Thousand Trees with One Heart” IBC Tree-Planting Project.
