The International Mahasanghikadana organized by Malaysian Buddhist Sangha Association

The International Mahasanghikadana was organized by Malaysian Buddhist Sangha Association @ M.B.S.A. on 10 July 2022 (Sunday). International Buddhist College (IBC) participated in this auspicious occasion via online. It was held in the big dining hall with the participation of all the Sangha members, lecturers and students. The ceremony started at 9a.m. with a brief opening speech by the emcee followed by the offering of lamps. Next, Pāli chanting and Mahāyāna chanting were carried out successively followed by the main event of Sanghikadana. After that, the Chairman of M.B.S.A, Ven. Dr. Wei Wu gave precious Dharma teachings to the attending devotees. Then, the cheque presentation took place. The Sanghikadana was dedicated to all the departed souls by pouring the water of liberation and transferance merits. Following, the requisites were offered to the Sangha members. The ceremony ended at 12 p.m.
