A Journey of Gratitude, Growth, and Opportunity
Reported by: Zar Zar Tun (IBC Graduate)
No one can succeed without support. Support can come from both living and non-living things. For example, a school provides essential support to students throughout their education. Similarly, International Buddhist College (IBC) has played a vital role in shaping my vision of education and the world. I would like to share how IBC has supported and encouraged me to continue my education.
IBC created a supportive learning environment with helpful and caring lecturers. The campus provided us with many opportunities to communicate easily with our professors and faculty members whenever we needed to discuss our subjects or seek advice. In addition, the peaceful atmosphere of the campus made it an ideal place for studying and learning.
One of the things I appreciated most about IBC was its rewarding system. When students work hard and make an effort, their efforts are recognized and rewarded. I really appreciated this system because it motivated me to work harder and encouraged me to continue improving myself.
IBC also showed me that there are many kind and supportive people who can help us develop and achieve our goals. I had the confidence to accept the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) scholarship in India and continue my education because of the knowledge, encouragement, and opportunities I received at IBC.
In short, without the support and encouragement I received from IBC, I might not have had the opportunity to pursue my M.A. studies in India. I am truly grateful for everything IBC has done for me and for the important role it has played in my educational journey.
I hope that, in the future, I will have the opportunity to contribute to IBC and support other students in the same way that I was supported.
Thank you.
